We take pride in developing our team, celebrating success, and upholding strong values that emphasise support, honesty, accountability, passion, and excellence.The RoleAs a key member of our Operations team, you will support and influence the entire production and NPD lifecycle - from concept and prototype through to full-scale manufacture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping efficient production systems, removing waste, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional product quality.This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our business objectives, with exposure to a wide variety of projects including new product introduction, manufacturing cell design, and machinery implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading manufacturing process design and improvement initiativesIntegrating new products into production in a cost-effective, high-quality mannerProducing manufacturing documentation including work instructions and assembly guidesDesigning tooling, fixtures, and cell layoutsConducting root-cause analysis and driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)Supporting equipment tendering, installation, and maintenance planningImproving workflow efficiency, reducing waste, and optimising layoutsSupporting engineering investigations and introducing Poka-Yoke methodologiesPresenting findings, leading meetings, and collaborating across all levelsStaying current with evolving engineering and manufacturing trendsTravel is involved with this role - once each quarter for around one week, and this will include abroad. RequirementsDegree-qualified in an Engineering disciplinePractical experience within a manufacturing/production engineering roleLean knowledge, ideally Six Sigma Green Belt would be ideal. Experience supporting NPD and technical teamsWorking knowledge of CAD or similar toolsElectrical assembly experience (advantageous)Strong communicator with a collaborative approachHighly organised, adaptable, and solutions-drivenConfident decision-maker with a drive for continuous improvementWho You AreYou live and breathe continuous improvement, take pride in your work, and inspire others to do the same.
