Honest insights into ambition, setbacks, and the human side of performance.Your RoleAs our Creative Producer, you’ll be the driving creative force behind SportsXLab Originals.From identifying powerful topics to conducting interviews and shaping the final story, you’ll bring authentic voices to life and help define how SportsXLab tells its stories.You’ll work closely with our founding team and have massive creative freedom to shape the tone, structure, and direction of the Originals from day one.What you’ll do:Research and develop story ideas around sport, people, and performanceIdentify and reach out to potential interview partners (athletes, coaches, parents, experts)Conduct and edit interviews (text, audio, or video => depending on your skills)Collaborate with our social media & design team to publish and promote the storiesHelp build and expand our storytelling networkWhat You BringPassion for sports, storytelling, and authentic human storiesExperience in journalism, production, content creation, or communicationStrong sense of initiative and ownership.
