Creative Production Artist - Dublin

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Production Artist to join our dynamic team in the beverage industry.This role is responsible for creating and adapting visually compelling print and digital assets for retail. The position is embedded in the Brand Studio and demands a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, excellent production skills, and experience preparing files for both print and digital platforms. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure all visuals align with our brand identity and quality standards.To Note: Salary range posted (40,000 - 55,000) is in Euro*To Note: This role is approved to start in January 2026. This role is required to be on-site at our Dublin HQ office 5-days per week.Responsibilities:Design and finalize marketing materials including POS displays, signage, brochures, digital ads, and social media content.Execute deliverables based on brand guidelines, retailer specifications, and creative briefs.Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, project managers, and vendors to ensure accuracy and quality.Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital applications.Assist in localizing assets for different markets and maintaining asset libraries.Contribute to workflow improvements to enhance design speed and consistency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or agency design roles.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Knowledge of print production, dielines, and digital specs.Strong layout and typography skills with high attention to detail.Experience with shopper marketing, DAM systems, and (ideally) beverage brands.Basic motion design/animation skills are a plus.
