Creative Project Manager - Creative OperationsAudience Engaged is a performance growth agency helping 8-10 figure DTC brands scale through creative strategy and paid social. We fund all the creative and media spend upfront, so we only win when our clients win.The RoleWe need a Project Manager to keep our creative production running smoothly. You'll be the person making sure projects move from initial idea to final delivery without anything falling through the cracks. You'll work directly with our Head of Creative Strategy and learn how we actually build winning creative campaigns.What You'll DoKeep Projects Moving: Track deadlines, manage handoffs between teams, and make sure nothing gets stuckHandle Creative Briefs: Turn rough ideas into clear briefs that editors and creators can actually work withManage UGC Creators: Find creators, get them onboarded, track their content, and make sure they hit deadlinesClient Ops: Handle approvals, feedback, and deliver final files in the right formatsFix What's Broken: Spot where things slow down and figure out how to make them work betterWho You AreYou've managed creative people before (writers, editors, creators, etc.)You know your way around project management tools like ClickUp or AsanaYou actually care about understanding why we make creative decisions, not just checking boxesYou're organized but flexible when things change fastBonus points if you've worked at an agency or in content marketingWhy This Matters This isn't just a project management job—it's your chance to learn creative strategy while building systems that actually work.
