With over a million users worldwide, we’re expanding fast — and creative performance is at the heart of that growth.We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to help us scale globally by producing the scroll-stopping videos, images, and UGC content that fuel our paid social campaigns.About the RoleThis is a hands-on creative performance role — not a media-buying position.Your mission is simple: create, test, and iterate ad creatives that drive installs, engagement, and awareness for DogPack across Meta, TikTok, and Google as well as other platforms.You’ll work directly with our marketing and design teams to:Generate daily ad creatives (images, AI videos, and UGC clips)Identify new content angles and trends across social platformsWrite winning UGC scripts and briefs for creatorsSource and manage UGC creators and voice actorsAnalyze creative performance data to understand what’s working and whyContinuously improve creative concepts based on performance insightsWhat You’ll Be DoingConcept Development: Turn ideas, data, and trends into ad concepts that hook audiences in the first 2 seconds.Creative Production: Use AI tools, stock content, and UGC to produce daily ad visuals and videos.UGC Strategy: Script, coordinate, and oversee user-generated content that feels authentic but converts.Iteration: Test multiple variations of each concept, analyze results, and scale the winners.Collaboration: Work closely with our founders, designers, and media team to keep creative output fast, fresh, and high-performing.RequirementsProven experience creating high-performing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts).Strong understanding of what makes content convert — hooks, pacing, storytelling, and emotion.Ability to write clear, natural, engaging UGC scripts.Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).Comfortable working with AI tools (video generation, voice, or image tools).Organized, fast, and self-driven — you love seeing creative ideas turn into real campaign results.Bonus SkillsExperience in pet, lifestyle, or travel brands.Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, retention, etc.).Past collaboration with influencers or UGC creators.Familiarity with tools like Veo, Midjourney or Sora.
