We’re growing fast and building a world-class growth team at the intersection of creativity, performance, and brand building.The RoleWe’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own and scale our performance creative function across all brands. You’ll be the first creative hire on the growth team, working closely with marketing, channel managers, and our graphic designer to launch campaigns that drive measurable growth.What You’ll DoLead and own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for growth campaigns across our growing portfolio of 7 brands. Partner cross-functionally with channel managers, marketing, and brand creative teams to deliver net-new concepts and iterative output across multiple formats (UGC, statics, high-production video). Oversee the campaign creative launch process from start to finish, ensuring speed to market and alignment with business KPIs. Work with our graphic designer to deliver high-quality campaign assets, fast. Use customer insights, product strategy, and performance data to conceptualize and deliver high-performing creative assets that scale customer acquisition and revenue. Manage and optimize creative workflows, reporting, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and accelerate growth. Script and brief content for UGC creators, editors, and internal designers; provide fast, decisive feedback to ensure creative excellence. Continuously test and iterate on creative assets, applying modular frameworks (hook-body-CTA) to unlock scale and efficiency. Explore and leverage emerging AI-based creative tools to improve workflows, generate new concepts, and scale creative output. Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to align creative strategy with acquisition and revenue targets. What We’re Looking ForProven track record driving performance growth in DTC e-commerce through paid media creative, especially on Meta, YouTube and TikTok. End-to-end creative strategy experience of 2+ years in DTC performance marketing space. Deep knowledge of what makes high-performing creative assets, with the ability to conceptualize, test, and optimize at speed. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Proven experience delivering growth in KPIs across direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce paid media mix through quality creative output. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally. Proficiency in scripting UGC, briefing creatives, and providing performance-focused feedback. Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable creative strategy.
