Now, we’re hiring elite builders to make it happen.Your Mission 🫵You’ll be on the front line of Tilt, helping creators and sellers go from “I’ve never streamed before” to “I just sold out my first show.”As a Creator Experience Associate, you’ll lead onboarding sessions, host live workshops, and be the on-site point person for new creators joining Tilt. You’ll make every session feel inspiring, fun, and professional.This isn’t a background role; it’s hands-on, social, and full of creative energy.What You’ll Do 🚀Lead or assist in Tilt’s seller live streaming workshops & trainingHelp new sellers set up lighting, audio, and streaming gearTeach them the storytelling, presence, and flow of great live sellingBe the on-site face of Tilt during sessions, welcoming, guiding, and motivatingCapture highlight clips or testimonials from sessionsWork closely with Tilt’s partnerships and operations team to make each seller's stream greatPlease note:This is a part-time role that will require leading up to 8 training sessions per month. You will be paid per session. We cannot sponsor a visa for this role, so you have to hold the right to work in the UK. Who You Are 📋Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking to small groupsHave experience creating content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, or livestreams)Great eye for visuals, you know when something looks rightFast-moving, organised, and love taking ownershipCurious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out on the fly(Students and emerging creators are welcome.
