At DTC Vikings, we’re growing fast 🚀 and looking for an energetic, outgoing Creator & Partnership Manager to help us build strong relationships with creators, influencers, and customers who love our brands 💫.What You’ll DoReach out to potential creators, influencers, and existing customers to explore content creation / collaboration opportunities 🤝.Identify and manage different types of partners — including influencers, whitelisters, and affiliates — based on campaign goals and performance potential.Build and nurture long-term relationships with our top creators and community members 💬.Support ongoing influencer campaigns and partnerships from outreach through execution.Understand and analyze engagement rates 📊 to evaluate creator performance and audience quality.Negotiate rates and deliverables 💼 to ensure fair value and mutually beneficial partnerships.Review and understand basic contractual terms (usage rights, deliverables, exclusivity, timelines, etc.) and ensure compliance with agreements.Take ownership of creators — be accountable, make independent decisions, and problem-solve challenges as they arise 💪.Research emerging influencer trends, tools, and platforms, and contribute creative ideas for growth 🌱.Who You AreA young, enthusiastic person eager to learn and grow in the creator and marketing space ✨.Friendly, confident, and easy-going — you love connecting with people 🤗.Proactive, organized, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment ⚡.Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for influencer marketing and social media 📱.Comfortable taking initiative and working independently while collaborating with a global team 🌍.Required SkillsStrategic & Analytical Skills 🧠Partnership strategy: Identify, vet, and prioritize potential partners or influencers aligned with brand goals.Budget management: Allocate resources effectively across influencer tiers and partnership levels.Communication & Relationship Skills 💬Negotiation: Manage contracts, deliverables, and compensation while balancing brand and influencer needs.Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.Creative & Brand Skills 🎨Content understanding: Know what types of content perform best on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Brand alignment: Ensure influencer content reflects brand tone, voice, and values.Trend awareness: Stay current on social trends, algorithm changes, and creator marketing tools.Technical & Organizational Skills ⚙️Influencer platforms: Familiarity with tools such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, or Traackr.CRM & project management: Experience with systems like Notion, Airtable, or Asana.Time management: Ability to handle multiple influencer partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.Soft Skills 🌟Emotional intelligence and empathy — to handle different personalities and creative styles.Problem-solving — to manage challenges, delays, or underperforming campaigns effectively.Why Join UsThis is an exciting opportunity to start or grow your career in creator partnerships within a dynamic, international DTC company 🌎.
