We’re building a diverse team committed to innovation, transparency, and creativity across all facets of the live event experience.What You’ll DoAs the Creator Management Manager on the Content Team, you’ll lead the development and growth of TickPick’s creator network to strengthen our organic social presence and brand storytelling.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeCreator Portfolio Development: Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse group of creators across entertainment, sports, and lifestyle verticals to authentically represent TickPick’s brand.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring a high level of communication, satisfaction, and performance across partnerships.Strategic Campaign Planning: Collaborate with Content, Brand, and Growth teams to execute creator-led campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Budget Management: Own and optimize the creator budget — overseeing spend allocation, performance ROI, and contract negotiations.Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on creator campaign performance and organic impact across channels. Use data to inform future strategy and decision-making.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media, Social, and Team Partnerships teams to align creator activations with larger marketing initiatives.Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social and creator economy trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, content partnerships, or talent management (brand or agency side).Proven success managing creator or influencer relationships with measurable impact on brand KPIs.Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and emerging digital culture.Experience managing budgets, contracts, and performance reporting.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Data-driven mindset and familiarity with influencer management or analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, Tagger, etc.).Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.Passionate about sports and understands storylines BenefitsHybrid work model with remote flexibilityComprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan Contribution (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & Development opportunities$100 Monthly Stipend to Attend Live EventsEmployee OutingsFree Lunch & SnacksThe estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $90,000 – $110,000. This role will be eligible to participate in our company's equity program. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
