We’re looking for a “Credit & Collection Manager - Turkey” who will be reporting to the RBS Credit & Collection Manager of Ricoh Shared Services.KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION Min. a Bachelor degree from relevant departments of universities.Min. 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in team management with a collections focusMin. Upper Intermediate level English knowledgeExperience in Office Printing industry desired, experience from a B2B customer environment will be a mustGood communication and analytical thinking skills, self-motivatedStrong negotiation, troubleshooting and leadership skillsNo military obligation for male candidatesJOB DESCRIPTIONSupervise the determination of credit profiles of customers to minimize risk to the Company and approve credit limits within the scope of accountabilityReview and chase debt for assigned customers on behalf of OpCo in order to maximize cash collections and reduce aged debtRegulary review of ledgers to identify priorities for collections, queries and data cleansing for the team.Advanced customer handling skills to include regular face to face communications and negotiations.Lead or participate in projects related to the field of collection with the objective of customer satisfaction, improving collections rates and operational efficiencyManage Collection team on a day to day basis and ensure that they are fully trained in Ricoh Collection processes
