Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Verify the presence of all mandatory documents in case of independent analyses.Review the SCA’s findings/Recommendations.Approve/Reject the requests within his authority. Rejection should be accompanied by corresponding justifications.Final Recommendations to be sent to the RM/Operating Units.Timely collection of Receivables.Maintaining efficiency of the payable process, as per Orient’s Standard Operating Procedures, without compromising on its effectiveness.Managing incoming wire transfers from clients/agents and ensuring their proper recording.Responsible for Policy AdministratorResponsible for reviewing and authorizing the final recommendations from SCA/CAEvaluate and enhance these Policy and Procedures to improve the effectiveness of credit collection.Analyzing the Accounting documents and records to assess their accuracy and completeness. processing the payment transactions as per Orient KSA policy and procedures and presenting the top management with the analysis to assist them in decision making.Supervising the payment records and eliminating any duplications to keep the Orient KSA Account books accurate and error free, thereby ensuring the accuracy of credit and debit notes prepared for reconciliation of customer payments.Academic Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.Professional Certifications a plus.Minimum 03 years in Credit.With 2 years as Credit Control Past Experience in Insurance Industry preferable
