This role involves achieving individual and team monthly collection targets while maintaining an up-to-date aged receivables profile. The role includes understanding credit risk and managing same.Handle day to day Credit and Collection activities on customer accountsLiasing with Customer Services to ensure customer queries are resolved on a timely basis.Reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure clean aged debt reportOrder release in accordance with Avery Dennison policyEnsure customers adhere to credit terms agreedCredit Risk analysis and understanding Financial statementsReviewing Credit Reports and making relevant recommendations to minimise Credit riskUphold professional internal relationships with various departments within the SSC and with outsourced BPO team, in order to fulfil the requirement of the roleReporting activities as may be requiredQualificationsMust haves:At least 18 months experience in a credit control environmentEducated to at least Certificate/Diploma level Excellent communication skills both written and verbalGood numeracy & analytical skillsFluency in English essentialDesirable:Availability for travelling within EU may be required – ad hoc basisPrevious exposure to a culturally diverse working environmentShared Service Centre experiencePrevious credit control experience in multinational organizationAdditional InformationWe not only embrace change… we drive it.
