The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible ForManagement of the full credit control function for both the Olifantsfontein and Standerton Plant.Printing of age analysis daily, ensuring the customer does not exceed the credit limitRequesting remittances and reconciliation of accounts.Collection of payments on the due date as per trading termsRequesting claims from customersInvestigation of claims deducted off customers paymentsPreparation of credit and debit notes with the relevant backup documentationFollow up on correspondence with relevant customers with regard to overdue unpaid invoices and rejected claimsContacting the customers for payment when the credit limit is reachedReleasing blocked orders as per credit policyCollection of payment for all payment terms as per the credit policyPrinting and forwarding of customer statementsOpening of new accounts with all the requirements as per credit policyAnnual customer account reviewFillingBack up for other credit controllers in the departmentWeekly cash flow projection Relieving at switchboard when required.The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following RequirementsA Grade 12 Certificate.At least 5 years credit control experience including dealing with different entities.Accounting experience will be an added advantage.
