Credit Management Lead

Lead the credit management function to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital through effective customer credit evaluation, collections management, and accounts receivable oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworksLead credit analysis and establish credit limits for customersOversee accounts receivable portfolio and collections processesCollaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on credit-related mattersGenerate and analyze credit performance reports and KPIsResolve complex customer credit issues and disputesRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience7+ years of credit management experienceHealthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferredSkills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsAdvanced financial analysis and risk assessmentExpert knowledge of credit management systemsStrong proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelUnderstanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirementsLeadership SkillsStrategic thinking and decision-makingStakeholder relationship managementProblem-solving and negotiationWorking ConditionsFull-time positionOffice-based with hybrid work optionsnullPursue Progress.
