So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Team and advance your career as anCredit ManagerIn This Role You WillEnsure Support Fuel business specifically focused on Customer Credit, Cash Collection teamsResponsible for managing the Credit Risk exposure for business to support delivery of business goals through the optimisation of the balance between credit risk and reward and applying good business judgement in the decisions made.Contribute to managing debt effectively including collection and exposure management.Manage credit activities for the relevant countries supported by the team to ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and credit risk appraisal of new and existing customers is compliant to the Downstream Credit PolicyTo approve credit limits within DOA and raise those above DOA for approval including presenting and provided reasoned recommendations to senior ManagementAccountable for building capability and supporting change within the team in the drive for an operational excellence, professional business partnering & complianceSupport via active involvement any operational tasks performed by the teamsCoach and develop members of the team from the technical and soft skills point of view and coordinate team activitiesBe the centre of expertise for all fuel business Credit Management issues in the regions they supervise and build strong relationships with the business teams.Accountable for controlling and monitoring all credit analysis and cash activities providing accurate and timely reporting of management informationEnsure business partnering and GBS ownership in what GBS is accountable forReview compliance to the Downstream Credit Policy of all active customers, having a valid credit review in place, an assigned BP risk rating/ CL/ payment terms in the systemLiaise with Sales, Legal, Credit Collection teams and Cash collection companiesReview and approve Credit Assessments, bad debt provision and write offs within DOAEnsure Monthly and Quarterly reporting activities are performed in an accurate manner within the assigned deadlines (i.e.: quarterly aggregation ELL on country/regional level) What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulDeep Finance or Credit analysis experienceStrong Credit Management background gained in banking, financial services, or a blue-chip corporate credit environmentUniversity Degree or equivalent experience (in Economics or related fields)3+ years of Customer Relationship management, Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection or Credit Management experience in an international environmentPeople Management experienceAt bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageFlexible working schedule: home office up to 2 days / week, based on team agreementOpportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsFamily friendly workplace e.g.: Extended parental leave, Mother-baby roomEmployees’ wellbeing programs e.g.: Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition ProgramPossibility to join our social communities and networksChill-out and collaboration spaces in our beautiful Budapest Agora and Szeged offices e.g.: Play Zones, Office massage, Sport and music equipmentbp Hungary won the Most Attractive Employer 2024 Award (SSC / BSC sector) fourth time in a row at PwC's annual employer research.
