Job Description

About Abaco TechnologiesAbaco Technologies is a fintech company headquartered in San Salvador, El Salvador, focused on delivering short-term, cashflow-integrated credit solutions to SMEs across Central America. Our flagship product is a factoring-style receivables financing facility that unlocks working capital for small and medium businesses — quickly, transparently, and in a way that fits how their businesses actually operate. We have been building and growing for nearly three years. In that time, we have developed a live portfolio across four client segments, deployed sophisticated infrastructure to serve our clients, and established ourselves as a credible and trusted lending partner in the Salvadoran market. We are now entering our next phase — one defined by institutionalization, scalability, and the disciplined deployment of multiple credit products. To do that well, we need to build the infrastructure that supports it.The OpportunityAbaco is looking for a Credit Product Manager & Process Specialist — a rare profile that sits at the intersection of credit expertise, process architecture, technology fluency, and cross-functional leadership. You will own the full lifecycle of Abaco's credit products: from designing and documenting their structure, to ensuring they are correctly configured in our LMS, to optimizing the processes that bring them to life every day.Your output will become the institutional backbone of how Abaco designs, governs, and scales its lending products. Every new credit product we launch — and we have several in the pipeline — will be built on the foundation you establish.Who We Are Looking ForThis is not a traditional credit analyst role.
