ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking Credit & Risk Analysts III. Responsibilities: Conducts data integrity reviews and coordinates resolution of inconsistencies Performs root cause analysis on operational issues and recommends corrective actions Tracks and manages incident reports for further investigation and resolution Monitors risk indicators and analyzes anomalies from detection systems Develops and maintains reporting tools to identify early warning signs of operational or security risks Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance prevention strategies and streamline processes Communicates findings and recommendations to leadership when vulnerabilities are identified Supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to strategic risk mitigation efforts Provides training and guidance on security protocols and risk prevention procedures Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational standardsRequirements Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience 5-10 years of industry experience in operations, risk management, or related fields 5+ years of experience in risk analysis, fraud prevention, or operational support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis Familiarity with risk detection tools and data systems Solid understanding of financial principles and general ledger concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal data platforms Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworksThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
