You'll also find opportunities for professional development and career advancement within an innovative team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the credit risk assessment for new consumer and commercial accounts.- Work with Risk Centers of Excellence to evaluate economic performance and find improvement areas.- Adjust strategies based on new trends and economic changes.- Use data from credit bureaus and financial statements to improve risk management models.- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high operational standards.- Offer strategic advice to teams like Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.- Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting continuous learning and growth.Qualifications:- Proven track record in building strategic relationships with partners across different regions.- Strong leadership experience with diverse teams.- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in Python, R, SAS, and SQL.- Experience in credit assessment using various data sources.- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
