At MobilizeFinancial Services, you will find the best of both worlds!Description of the position as Credit Risk Intelligence & Reporting SpecialistOverall, a Credit Risk Intelligence & Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring:the financial stability and soundness of the organization by effectively managing and overseeing the calculation and reporting of credit risk provisions (Retail & Wholesale) in accordance with IFRS9.valuable insights and information to report operational performanceTASKSCost of risk:Monitoring and analyzing credit risk exposures and assessing the adequacy of provisions based on expected credit losses.Providing regular reports and presentations to Senior Management and our Paris Headquarters on the credit risk profile of the organization and the adequacy of provisionsParticipating in internal and external audits to ensure proper documentation and disclosure of credit risk provisions in financial statementsDeveloping, implementing and adjusting Policies and Procedures by keeping abreast of changes in accounting standards ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practicesIndicators & reporting:Developing and maintaining a set of key performance indicators in line with the Operations department objectives and goals by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from various sourcesUpdating accuracy and consistency reports / dashboards to visualize and communicate performance metricsCommittees:Preparing support presentations for the local Operations/Customer Care/Retail risk committee (quarterly). Presenting slides to Senior ManagementPreparing support presentation for the HQ Retail Committee (half-yearly).
