Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Credit Risk Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The Credit Risk Manager will evaluate creditworthiness, analyze financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and oversee credit portfolio management. This role also involves creating policies to manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. Qualifications Experience in Credit Risk Management and Credit ManagementProficiency in Analytical Skills and FinanceKnowledge of Portfolio ManagementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and organizational skillsPrior experience in financial services or banking is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is required
