The Credit Team Lead will oversee credit-related functions, including reviewing and approving loan applications, monitoring loan portfolios, and ensuring adherence to credit policies. The role involves managing financial risks, analyzing financial data, and providing leadership and guidance to the credit team. The Credit Team Lead is expected to support the smooth operations of the credit department while meeting organizational goals.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess financial data and identify risksKnowledge and experience in finance and financial servicesProficiency in accounting principles and practicesExperience in auditing processes and techniquesExcellent leadership and team management skillsEducation in finance, accounting, economics, or a related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in credit or loan appraisal within a similar industry is a plus
