Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.About the role:This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of technical fit-out projects within data centres, ensuring all systems and infrastructure meet design specifications, compliance standards, and operational requirements. This role acts as the key liaison between engineering, construction, and operations teams, driving technical excellence and timely delivery.Other responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre fit-out projects, ensuring integration of critical infrastructure and technical services.Coordinate design reviews, procurement, and contractor engagement to meet project specifications and timelines.Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams.Oversee commissioning activities, including system testing, compliance checks, and operational readiness.Drive stakeholder engagement through regular updates, issue resolution, and alignment across internal and external teams.Ensure timely handover of documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and compliance certifications.What's in it for you:CDC offers excellent employment conditions and benefits such as: CDC Academy -Make your mark by enhancing your professional development with the CDC Academy. CDC hosts BBQs, family picnics and community events, bringing together CDC staff in different settings.About you: This role would be suitable for a candidate who has proven experience delivering technical projects, ideally within data centres or similar critical infrastructure environments, with a preferred background in the electrical or HVAC space.  Previous experience in cost and risk management, reporting, multiple stakeholder and vendor relationships. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work across diverse (technical and non-technical) based teams.
