CRM Automations Expert

Job Title: GHL / Automations ExpertLocation: Remote Type: Full-Time ContractorAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Automations Expert to join our performance marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing automations across funnels, pipelines, and client accounts. This role requires both technical execution and strategic thinking, ensuring that all automations directly support marketing goals, lead management, and client conversions.You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth Marketer, Sales Reps, and Web Developers to ensure a seamless lead-to-sale journey and timely delivery of automation setups.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automations across GHL, Zapier, and related tech stacks (Calendly, Slack, Meta Lead Forms, Google Sheets, etc.).Set up CRM pipelines, automations, triggers, and conditional workflows for multiple clients.Design and implement SMS & email follow-up sequences for leads, bookings, and reminders.Integrate GHL with external tools (Shopify, Stripe, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and suggest process improvements.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow and conversion tracking.Maintain organized documentation for all automation setups, ensuring easy scalability.Participate in weekly meetings to review performance and deliver reports on workflow results.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (agency-level preferred).Proficiency in Zapier, webhooks, and API integrations.Experience building complex automation workflows involving multiple triggers and conditional logic.Familiarity with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, and CRM integrations.Strong understanding of lead management systems, funnel logic, and sales pipelines.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Clear communication and documentation abilities.Bonus: Knowledge of Twilio, Stripe, or email deliverability optimization.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (based on experience).Long-term role with growth potential.Work with a high-performing team across creative, media, and tech.Access to internal training and SOPs for system efficiency.To ApplyPlease include:A short Loom (1–2 min) explaining your past GHL experience.Examples of automations you’ve built (screenshots, workflow maps, or client examples).A brief description of your favorite GHL feature and why.
