Key part of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of these innovative therapies. For this position, you can be based in Trabzon, Rize, Artvin, Bayburt, Gümüşhane, Türkiye with travel requirements within Türkiye.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:In this role you will have the responsibility to achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified region by supporting EPS, Cryo & RF Ablation, Pacemaker & ICD implantation cases including programming & follow up, loading and giving technical consultancy in CathLabYou will be responsible to conduct on-site education and consulting, and support establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations in the name of MedtronicProvide technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company productsSupport sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing teamEnsure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintainedMonitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demandComplete cycle counts of all required field locations on time and follow up on any missing stockRetrieve all expiring product from field locations and return to the warehouse prior to expiryAll activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality SystemPerforms duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulationsTravel requirement less than 50%Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science/Engineering or related field5+ years experience in the medical device industry and/or working in hospital environment, preferably as technical consultant for EPS, Cryo & RF Ablation, Pacemaker & ICD implantation casesSolid understanding of cardiovascular anatomyFamiliar with CathLab environment: Sterilization and radiation protocolsFlexibility, dedication, hands-on working approach with ability to present technical know-howEnglish knowledge (B2 and above)Holding KDE and STE certificates from TCESIS.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
