Job Description

Adlook is looking for a CRM Data Steward to help maintain and improve the quality of our CRM and core business data.In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce data is clean, accurate, and reliable - supporting business teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and IT to monitor data health, resolve inconsistencies, and keep our CRM running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, curious, and enjoy working with data to keep systems organized and effective, this role is for you!What You’ll Be Doing:Maintain high data quality standards in Salesforce and connected toolsCreate and maintain account structures in Salesforce and our Core System, ensuring accurate hierarchy and naming conventionsAdd and update client information directly in the CRM, ensuring data consistency across regions and teamsPerform regular data audits and clean-ups (e.g. duplicates, missing fields, naming consistency)Support users in following best practices for data entry and record managementIdentify and report data issues, propose fixes, and track resolutionSupport integrations between Salesforce and core business systems to ensure data alignmentCreate and update simple reports or dashboards for data monitoringDocument data processes and assist with small data-related projects What We’re Looking For:Strong attention to detail and accuracy1–3 years of experience working with CRM or data systems (Salesforce experience preferred)Basic understanding of data quality principles and CRM structureComfortable with Excel/Sheets for data validation and reportingAnalytical mindset and willingness to learn new toolsGood communication skills and team-player attitudeEnglish and Polish fluency (spoken and written)Why Join Adlook:Be part of a global, fast-growing company shaping the future of online advertisingJoin a data-driven environment where your work directly improves business operationsFriendly, collaborative culture with open communication and mutual supportHybrid working model: 2 days in the Warsaw office, 3 days remoteReal opportunities to grow into Data Governance or RevOps roles over timeCompetitive compensation package
