CRM Deputy Manager

DEPUTY CRM MANAGER | CRESCENT MALLRESPONSIBILITIESPlan and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.Identify and establish win-win brand partnerships to support CRM promotions and Crescent Mall campaigns.Manage and improve the Crescent Mall mobile app and CRM platform, including upgrades and data usage strategies.Develop customer journey maps and identify key commercial touchpoints.Oversee direct communications with customers, especially VIPs, through the CRM system and app channels.Coordinate drive-to-store campaigns in collaboration with partners and tenants.Develop and manage Membership Card benefits and redemption offers in partnership with tenants.Ensure database segmentation is optimized for targeted marketing.Develop and test various CRM and partnership campaign strategies to maximize impact.Work with internal departments and external agencies to execute CRM-related campaigns effectively.Supervise and collaborate with the VIP lounge team to maintain premium customer experience.Stay updated on CRM trends and suggest initiatives to improve the loyalty program.Identify and build partnerships with in-mall and external brands to bring exclusive promotions to Crescent Mall customers.Coordinate co-branded campaigns, cross-promotions, and interactive activities through the Crescent Mall app.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in relevant fields At least 3–5 years of experience in CRM, partnership marketing, or brand management.Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and proactive mindset.Familiar with CRM tools, app platforms, EDM, Wifi marketing, and user data analysis.Proficient in English (verbal and written).Retail, shopping mall, or loyalty program experience is a strong plus.Knowledge of UX/UI is a plus.BENEFITS13th-month salary, review 6-month bonus (on business results)Compulsory SHUI upon full gross salaryAnnual health check, Additional health insuranceGifts on special holidays & occasions: birthday, New year, Mid-Autumn...Outing tripDiscount using Crescent Mall services.---Working location: Crescent Mall, 101 Ton Dat Tien, Phu My ward, HCMC.
