Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns and all personalized communication, ensure timeline, and key results such as reach, participated customers, sales, uplift and ROI delivered as planned.Working closely with Data analysis team to analyze customer insights and post campaigns results to design campaigns planning, target customers, mechanics, personalize contents, and customer journey. Design personalized content and artwork brief for CRM campaigns based on customer behavior, trends, and segmentation to deliver best customer experience and campaign results.Analyze customer movement such as RFM, CLV and other customer segmentation models to manage and ensure effectiveness of loyalty program and life cycle campaign.Apply learnings and insights to create rule base automation CRM campaigns.Evaluate point burn and earn program effectiveness, be a key person to give recommendations to merchandising and other related teams.Collaborate with Merchandising and Trade plan team to create CRM campaigns that support their business objective.Be a key contact point between Central Department stores and The 1, to manage smooth campaign execution, overview campaign results, and identify new opportunities to create initiative programs.Turn insights into action, translate analysis and insights into content, artwork, mechanic, and communicate to the right customers.Working with marketing communication team, provide content and campaign brief to create campaign artworks.Qualifications:Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Communications, Computer Science, Computer engineering or related fields.Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field, and at least 1 year in CRM or Data analysis.Strong analytical and business communication skills.Good Collaboration skills, able to work with dynamic cross functions.Good with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau. Able to use SQL is a plus.Having experience in personalization technology and Marketing automation system is a plus.
