Prior experience on Marketo is required as well as knowledge of Braze and SalesforceWork closely with the wider marketing team in Canada to execute strategies but also surface opportunities to better engage our customers and prospectsWho you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring Experience with Marketo, Braze and Salesforce (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) Be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment (experience in B2B and ABM a plus)Proven Hands-on experience setting up marketing automation and workflowsYou will have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementYou will have analytical skills and be data-driven in your thinking, and be proficient in reporting campaign effectiveness5-7 years experience in a Direct marketing or related professional environmentAble to work independently in a "remote first" work environment and to agreed deadlinesWhat we can offerAt Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
