CRM Manager (Russian-speking, remote)

About EMCDEMCD is a top-tier technology company at the forefront of the crypto industry. Best known as the largest mining pool in the world, we are building a seamless, all-in-one ecosystem for digital asset management - combining secure wallets, high-yield savings (Coinhold), instant P2P exchange and enterprise-grade infrastructure tools.We are looking for CRM Manager.Responsibilities:Preparation and launch of omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, and messengers).Collaboration with product teams, analysts, copywriters, and designers.Hypothesis generation and validation, from formulating hypotheses to interpreting A/B test results.In-depth study of products, their CJMs, and identification of new mechanics for trigger-based campaigns.Preparation of recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams based on key customer segments.Ensuring compliance with communication standards. Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in a CRM/CVM specialist or analytical role.Experience in crypto, fintech, or banking industries will be an advantage.Skills in working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL.English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.Experience with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms will be an advantage.Challenges:Working with a large number of products and internal stakeholders.
