Strategic ResponsibilitiesActively represents the interests of BASF. Leads by example and serves as a strong advocate for BASF’s corporate values and principles, reinforcing the company’s image. Contributes to maintaining BASF’s long-term competitiveness. Complies with BASF Group’s Compliance Program. Adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, industrial hygiene standards, and fire safety requirements as mandated by both the Republic of Uzbekistan and BASF. Observes all legal requirements governing BASF’s operations, as well as the company’s internal policies and procedures. Maintain business ethics and communicate respectfully and positively with colleagues and clients. Operational ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market segments for target crops and monitor competitor activities. Track the development trends of target crops in Central Asia and the Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia), and develop medium- and long-term crop strategies. Participate in defining competitive scenarios for product launches in target countries, including risk and trend assessment (supporting business project approvals in relevant countries). Develop advertising campaigns in collaboration with sales managers for the relevant geography and the communications manager (Almaty). Identify target audiences and develop communication approaches and formats (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan) in cooperation with the marketing group leader, coordinating promotional activities with territorial sales managers (including CRM system usage). Monitor sales, product availability, and financial results at the product level, identify deviations, and take corrective actions. Actively participate in developing BASF’s portfolio for relevant crops/countries. Develop concepts and implement actions for product launches, considering global marketing campaigns. Responsible for product/brand promotional materials and planning marketing activities: coordinating the full cycle from idea to implementation (with support from the communications specialist). Develop product portfolios and ensure effective marketing and technical positioning. Ensure sustainable medium- and long-term portfolio development by identifying portfolio development projects. Provide technical support in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Foster cooperation between the technical and sales departments in joint annual projects (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan). What You OfferEducation:University degree (agriculture or related fields). Fluent in Russian and English (upper intermediate/advanced level). Professional Experience / Technical Skills:At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Relevant experience with marketing tools (market segmentation, concept development, product/solution promotion). Knowledge and application of strategic marketing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of agribusiness and production of vegetables, fruits, seed crops, and potatoes. Personal Skills:Strategic thinking. Results-oriented. Teamwork skills. Goal-setting abilities. Effective communication. Flexibility in managing crop marketing and technical support tasks during the agricultural season, in coordination with department heads.
