Crude Operations Executive (MNC / Central) [001]

We are seeking a skilled Trading Operator to join a dynamic team at an Oil & Gas trading company. The Crude Operator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of cargo, ensuring smooth execution from loading to delivery. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling petroleum cargo operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee the full cargo operations of petroleum products, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.Draft, negotiate, and manage sales and purchase contracts in compliance with company policies and industry standards.Handle all shipping and banking documentation, including Letters of Credit (L/C), invoices, contracts, and Bills of Lading (BL).Coordinate insurance declarations, appoint discharge/load port agents, and manage LOI, as well as load and discharge operations.Assess demurrage and update the company's trading system with accurate information.Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams (Operations, Commercial, Risk, Shipping, Finance, and Accounts) and ensure adherence to internal procedures.Liaise with trading counterparties and affiliated offices to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and timely resolution of operational issues.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Marine Studies with minimum 4 years of experience in crude operationsExperienced in handling back-to-back operationsStrong team player, and able to work independently to deliver quality output.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHow To ApplyIf you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Tiffany Dorjpalam (EA Personnel Reg.
