Translating market signals, historical data and business intelligence into a reliable demand plan , to enable better decision making across sales, operations and finance – reducing stock-outs, minimizing excess intentory and improving overall profitability and agility to the organization.This position reports to the Senior Director, PSI & Business Analytics and is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToDevelop and maintain an accurate statistical and consensus forecastLead the demand review process within S&OPIdentify demand risks and opportunitiesMonitor forecast accuracy and biasTranslate the demand plan into clear and actionable signals for Supply planning.The Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeProficiency with planning systems (e.g. Kinaxis Maestro, SAP or other APS tools)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and turn insights into actionable forecastsBusiness acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain in a global manufacturing organizationBachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant fieldTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for roleAbility to travel regionally and internationally up to 25% of the timeIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Kinaxis Maestro Advanced Planning SystemAn experienced understanding of the RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) and Counter Measures (CM) processes and Action Plan implementation.Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
