Your JobResponsible for all daily operations related to customer orders with contacts with customers, Sales team, and Molex KS plant.What You Will DoResponsible for Manage the sales order process for the assigned market areas and customers. Process customer orders according to standard procedure.Responsible for Process customer feedback, advisories, complaints. Follow up on final response to internal and external customersSales Order planning in collaboration with production, logistics and BDMResponsible for Sales Forecast & Credit risk and Billings. Manage billings to customer on timely basis by issuing accurate ERP invoices with Finance team. Checking Credit Limits and Past Due reports before invoicingTrack & coordinate delivery of orders & communicate details to external and internal customersInvolves in logistic, import and export arrangement for inventory management and deliveries in department Responsible for other assignments from supervisors. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degreeRelated working experiences in mechanical manufacture environmentFluent English, both oral and written.Having proficient experience of customer service, minimum 3-5 years.Having the knowledge & experience of Customs clearance for goods and equipment.Strong sense in responsibility and cooperation.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
