QMS Leader

AccountabilityThis position is accountable for maintaining and developing the quality management system of SJ site, planning and executing internal and external audits.Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for all site QMS activities to be executed promptly andeffectively. Establish and sustain the site QMS in line with the required industry standards (e.g.,ISO 9001, EFfCl GMP, Halal, RSPO, ISCC). Lead the audit program（customer/supplier/system） to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with externalentities on all matters relating to registration. Ensure training for the Quality Management System is effective. Ensure internal audits of the QMS are process-based per the audit plan and that they areeffective. Develop, implement, and manage key leading / lagging performance indicators (KPIs)related to the QMS. Coordinate site Management Review Meeting ,ensure all required inputs for the Management Review Meeting (MRM) are reviewed/assessed. Responsible for SCAR management of all raw materials and tracking action closure Coordinate site LPA audits, make analysis and drive corrective actions Perform quality culture projects at SJ site Other task from supervisorRequirements – Education, Experience, SkillsEducation Background:Bachelor degree and above in chemistry, material science, engineering related.Experience:At least 5 years work experience on quality assurance function，Ability to lead internal and external audits and management reviews of the various quality management system.Knowledge on IATF16949 is preferred.Technical Skills:Proactive and results oriented thinking，strong closed-loop management senseGood communications skill among different departments Good software skill on excel, PPTFluent in English – written, verbalGood presentation skillGood system knowledge and audit skills, with ISO9001 internal auditor certification
