Work Together Is Looking For a CSR (Women Preferred)Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. Proven track record of managing customer inquiries efficiently. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult conversations. Proficient in using customer service software and database management tools.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work full time, with a willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays if necessary.Additional Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel). Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
