Located in Da Nang, Vietnam, with additional offices in Hanoi and Hue, we aim to create, publish, and scale digital products from Vietnam to the world.Job DescriptionTechnology Strategy: Develop a long-term technology roadmap, define the optimal tech stack and system architecture for mobile applications, ensuring scalability, innovation, and competitiveness.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire the technical team (mobile, backend, QA, infrastructure). Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous innovation.Product Development & Operations: Oversee the entire app development lifecycle — from ideation, coding, testing, and release to ongoing operations. Optimize performance, UX, and stability.Infrastructure & Security Management: Ensure backend systems, servers, APIs, and databases are secure, stable, and scalable for high DAU/MAU traffic. Optimize cloud infrastructure costs.Emerging Technology Implementation: Research, propose, and integrate new technologies (AI, Big Data, tracking tools, automation, etc.) to enhance user experience, optimize ad performance, and increase revenue. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products comply with Google Play and App Store policies, minimizing the risk of violations or restrictions.Technology Budget Management: Plan and control development and operation budgets — balancing speed, quality, and financial efficiency.Strategic Partnership :Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and CPO as a strategic partner in product decisions, growth, and global expansion.Qualifications7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in senior technical leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead).Proven experience in Mobile App Development (iOS/Android): app release, performance optimization, crash/log handling, A/B testing, store guideline compliance, and ads management.Strong backend & infrastructure knowledge: distributed architecture, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and large-scale database optimization.Proficiency in modern development workflows: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, version control, and code review.Leadership skills: experience building and managing dev teams (10–50 members), nurturing young talents, and establishing professional workflows.Strategic & business mindset: ability to balance innovation and financial efficiency, with a big-picture understanding of product growth.Passionate about technology, always exploring trends in mobile apps and adtech to enhance product competitiveness.Plus: Experience with apps monetized via IAA, IAP, or large-scale user bases is a strong advantage.📩 DM me directly or reach out via admin@lutech.ltd
