Identify and resolve any issues that arise during or after implementation. Product ImprovementEnhance existing products by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and proposing innovative solutions to optimize user experience and performance.
Documentation & PoliciesDevelop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and internal policies, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Enquiries & Complaints HandlingKey point of contact for product-related inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed: QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Work ExperienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in product management and/or end-to-end product life cycle implementationKnowledge, Skills & Competencies A proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies, scrum ceremonies, and product development cycles. Basic understanding of user research, customer journey mapping, and product discovery techniques. Experience using tools such as: -Jira, Confluence, or equivalent (for documentation and backlog management)-Figma, Miro, or wireframing tools (for collaborating with design)-Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics platforms (for data-driven decision-making)
