The Sutherland Hospital was established in 1958 and is a major metropolitan hospital and teaching hospital. The hospital motto, from its inception, is "Endeavour to Serve".We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services to the residents of the Sutherland Shire. We have 375 beds and each year we care for more than 50,000 patients in our Emergency Department and around 28,000 patients are admitted to our hospital.The roleThe Lead, Culture & Capability reports to the Manager of Culture & Capability and leads the effective development and implementation of a suite of programs and initiatives which build workforce capability, and support teams to thrive in order to achieve the SESLHD strategic priorities.The Position leads and manages the design, development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development initiatives for leadership development, capability development, engagement surveys, recognition, on boarding, employee value proposition, engagement and organisational culture .BenefitsUp to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.Salary packaging options that reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
