We’re looking for a Culture Intern who enjoys creating meaningful employee experiences and helping strengthen team connection. This role supports the design of cultural initiatives, events, and engagement activities that build collaboration, belonging, and positive energy across the organization. Ideal for someone creative, proactive, and interested in learning more about Organizational Development and company culture within a dynamic tech environment.Availability to work on-site. This position is on-site at our offices in San Pedro Garza García. The role can be full-time (8 hours per day) or part-time, with the following schedule options:8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, or8:30 AM – 4:30 PMWhat You BringCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, or related fieldIntermediate to advanced English level (B2+ or higher)Interest in learning about Organizational Development and Employee ExperienceCreativity, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skillsProactivity and willingness to contribute with fresh ideasWhat you'll doSupport in the planning and coordination of internal events (celebrations, activities, workshops, social gatherings, etc.)Research and propose organic activities that strengthen teamwork and cross-department collaborationIdentify and coordinate in-person experiences in Monterrey, such as local venues, cultural spaces, or volunteering opportunitiesAssist in communication campaigns related to culture, engagement, and internal brandingHelp track participation metrics and gather feedback to improve future initiativesCollaborate with the Human Capital team in projects related to Organizational Development, employee well-being, and recognition programsAbout DefinityFounded in Monterrey, Mexico, Definity is a nearshore technology partner specializing in custom digital solutions, AI innovation, and business applications.
