What we're looking for:👩‍🏫 Experience teaching IBDP Mathematics or designing IBDP-aligned Mathematics content - this is essential🧠 Deep pedagogical understanding of how students learn maths, including scaffolding, assessment, and feedback⚙️ Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to ideate, refine, and scale curriculum design💬 Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset🌀 Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentOur interview process:We want you to shine.
