Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the operational management of the company's customs and logistics, handling the company's import and export business needs, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the supply chain.2. Develop relevant departmental management systems and relevant rules and regulations, oversee their implementation, and streamline, develop, and optimize customs clearance processes.3. Research new policies from customs and other government departments, and formulate responses based on company needs.4. Responsible for departmental team management and development in the future, including team recruitment, selection, training, business guidance, and assessment. Analyze the causes of customs declaration errors and follow up on the implementation of solutions.5. Manage bonded area applications and management, ensuring data consistency between the company's ERP system and the customs system, ensuring convenient customs clearance, and maintaining the company's credit rating in the customs system. Ability to continuously improve and upgrade the customs system in accordance with new customs requirements.6. Review import and export declaration documents, categorize commodity codes, and handle routine declaration exceptions;7. Manage internal loss records and customs approval applications;8. Develop and maintain supplier resources for air freight, ocean freight, and freight forwarding, ensuring the safety of freight materials and handling any other exceptions.9. Familiar with document management, including applications for Indonesian Certificates of Origin for exports to Europe and the United States, logistics system maintenance, and data report verification and collation;10. Manage and rate logistics suppliers, review logistics bills, and approve payment processes; conduct timely trade reconciliations, and strengthen payment negotiation and management;11. Manage logistics costs, actively implementing the company's low-cost logistics and transportation strategy while ensuring smooth freight channels;12. Maintain external relationships with on-site customs, P2, and other customs systems;13. Resolve various emergencies arising from customs clearance to ensure the smooth operation of clients' import and export business.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as international trade, logistics, or business English;2. At least 3 years of experience in customs or logistics, with experience in bonded factories preferred;3. Familiarity with international trade terms, customs clearance, and logistics operations, with experience in bonded factories preferred;4. Quick-witted and rigorous, diligent and conscientious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.5.Proficient in English.
