Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.What You’ll DoPosition title: Customer Advisory Support Role – SAP Next GenLocation: Bogota, ColombiaDuration: Temporary role up to 2 yearsIn This Role, You’llBusiness Change Requests: Respond to and manage change requests for Melody Suite tools as required, ensuring updates are accurately reflected.Support tool enablement efforts by helping plan and coordinate communications, training, and office hoursPerform monthly updates to CA time & activity reports and global KPI metric reports for use by CA leadership.Establish a bi-weekly update cadence to support CA leaders to keep them informed of key metrics.Support ORE review and maintenance activities in collaboration with the CA Revenue Ops Team, ensuring accurate and updated records.Assist in designing and implementing new data pull procedures to support evolving business needs.Review and delivery of ad hoc reports and analysis requests from CA leadership.EducationWhat you bring:Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degreePreferably not exceeding 2 years from graduationPreferably in the field of Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldRequirements And ExperienceStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data managementBasic proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms)Effective written and verbal English & Spanish communication skillsAbility to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesWillingness to learn new systems and processesCollaborative mindset and ability to work well within a teamProblem-solving skills and initiative to address data challengesAbout The TeamThe Customer Advisory Support role is designed for individuals at the early stages of their careers, eager to gain hands-on experience in Customer Advisory data management and business operations.
