This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our products in the market by developing and executing effective channel and customer marketing strategies. The Channel and Customer Marketing manger should be able to understand shopper needs, Customer objectives and Category strategies to achieve a triple win for all. The role will directly report to GM for Southeast Asia. This role requires a strong background in Brand, Channel and Customer (Trade) marketing for distributors, modern trade customers, wholesalers, and retailers in the food industry. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a proactive & goal-orientated mindset looking to break out from the status quo.Skills, Experience And Qualifications RequiredHigh Bias for Action! But let us do this first!Bachelor’s degree or Similar Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or related roles within the FMCG industryStrong understanding of the Southeast Asia market, its channels, and customer dynamicsProven experience in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.Ability to inspire sales team through shopper focused activities.Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel frequently within the region is a mustYour Personal Power! This part of the role is up to you to complete.Your Main Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive channel and customer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-specific marketing plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each account.Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Manage trade promotion budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, enhancing the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.Create compelling marketing materials, including POS displays, trade incentives, and sales collateral to support the sales team.Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing strategies at the point of sale.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the leadership team.Train and develop the trade marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.How to Apply: You should feel super excited and on edge to get going by now. “What are we waiting for?” you ask yourself.
