Job Description
- Achieve the sales in South Asia ,South East Asia & ANZ including PG, Marine, off road and on road- Prepare sales plans, budgets, forecasts and pricing policy for the Area in terms of products, applications, and Dealers/OEMs- Scouting potential Dealers and OEMs and develop the current ones- Ensure the Dealers and OEMs operative management, coordinating the other relevant departments - Support Dealers and OEMs in the promotion activities (exhibitions, seminars, technical training courses)- With the help of the Network, collect information from the market on competitors and customer needs, in order to identify current and potential business opportunities- Represent the voice of the Customers in the Company and work with the other Departments in order to maximize the Customer Satisfaction- Manage the stock of the products c/o the Bonded Warehouse, keeping under control the level by product’s linesJob Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position Include: previous functional experience (# of years), technical skills/knowledge, management experience (# of years), key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing- Bachelor degree, mechanical or electrical engineering background is preferred - Minimum 8 years working experience of South Asia ,South East Asia & ANZ Power generation or off-road market, knowledge on relevant industries segment, bidding process is preferred - Familiar with power generation or off-road regulationAdditional job requirements (if any): Include eligibility, mobility, languages and proficiency, specific Iveco Group work experience- Fluent English as working language- Skillful office tool ability
