You’ll be the first point of contact through live chat and other digital channels, handling patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and precision.From assisting with appointment scheduling to guiding patients through medication coordination and care pathways, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to empowering women through expert telehealth care.Key Responsibilities Be the empathetic, professional online voice of telehealth, responding to patient inquiries via phone, emails and chat. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, medication coordination, and general queries related to their care journey. Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high standards of patient service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end patient support. Maintain precise patient documentation in compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards. Contribute to achieving patient satisfaction and retention goals.
