Job Description

FunctionYou will join our dynamic Customer Care team in Genk and ensure a good and structural cooperation with our customers and internal departmentsYou will be responsible for a follow-up of our customers from A to Z (order entry, administration, operational follow-up, …). "Are customer agreements respected? Are the desired results achieved? Are there other opportunities for Move within the customer’s company?" You will monitor service performance and take action (with your team or other departments) when performance is not metYou will register and follow up complaints accurately and inform the customer about the status of these complaintsYou will report to the Team Leader Customer CareProfile:You preferably have a bachelor's degree. Experience in a similar position is a plusYou have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. Knowledge of German or French is a plusYou have excellent communication skills.
