Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for the following shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 2PM–11PMTuesday - Saturday, 2PM–11PMTuesday - Saturday 8AM—5PM Work with users to determine their needs and help them reach their business goals and enhance their online presenceManage email, phone, chat and/or other communication channels as a primary contact for Wix usersIntroduce Wix users to our different tools, services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriateBe an advocate for our technical products and services, being able to explain their functionality and valueDevelop expertise in Wix products and stay up to date with new features and improvementsWork with other departments and product teams, and advocate our users’ needs to impact product roadmapsAnalyze user behavior and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfactionThis is a flexible hybrid position based in Dnipro.At Wix, we value the flexibility of a hybrid work setup — giving you the opportunity to collaborate in the office when needed while staying connected remotely.We’re looking for Ukraine-based professionals who can balance their time between working from home and engaging with the Wix team on-site.
