As our Business Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining automation solutions of business processes within our Clients environments in order to help them achieve their business goals. Your position belongs to Robotic Process Automation Maintenance Team and support our Global PwC RPA Practice. You will work either directly with Clients or support our RPA practices in their daily robot development and maintenance work.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for rebuilding and maintenance of business process automation solutions in various RPA software for our Clients. Your responsibilities will also include receiving the newly developed solutions and preparation for maintenance and operations work. This may include bug fixes, changes to operating schedules, reporting of robot activities and changes to the developed solutions. We expect your involvement and understanding of business issues in order to support our clients in solving operational issues on a daily basis. You will learn to configure/code business processes and objects within the automation tool(s) (UiPath, PowerAutomate and/or other)This role will include creation or updates to business and technical documentation. You will communicate with clients, therefore effective and professional communication is essential.
