Customer Care Expert – Licensing

About the job:As a part of extending our partnership with Cisco Systems we are currently looking for a professional to join our newly created Licensing Enablement & Adoption Team.In this role you would be responsible for providing licensing training, portal demo and strategic guidance for Cisco customers and partners, with the goal of enabling their self-sufficiency with licensing management. Role & Responsibilities:Training & Enablement: Deliver customized licensing training, portal demos, and best practices to Cisco internal teams, customers and partners.Guidance & Support: Assist teams in navigating the Cisco licensing ecosystem, ensuring clarity and efficiency.Smart Account Optimization: Facilitate Smart Account adoption, helping customers understand and leverage licensing capabilities to maximize ROI.Strategic Recommendations: Provide recommendations to customers on license consolidation, restructuring, conversions, and migrations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure seamless licensing engagements.Eligibility & Qualifications:Excellent communication and presentation skills for demos and training.Ability to translate customer requirements into structured project plans.Understanding Cisco Licensing tools and platforms would be a plus.Proactivity in taking on new challenges and continuous learning.Ability to develop onboarding and adoption plans aligned with customer needs.Accountability for outcomes and driving customer success stories.Self-motivation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to collaborate within the team and foster cross-functional engagement.Proficiency in English.Familiarity with basic HTML coding is a plus.
