Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Representative - English speaker at VOIS, located in Cairo, Egypt with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer support via various channels, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear and effective communication with customers. The representative will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
